(to save, right click on text and select save target as). These posters look great on photo paper then you can use a Sharpie to write in the local cost and deadline information. Then hang them around your church to advertise the event to your teens.

This also doubles as a powerpoint slide. This is a jpg image that can be imported into powerpoint or any other program you use to project images onto your projector screen. If using in powerpoint, add your cost, contact information, and registration deadline to the appropriate section of the slide. This allows you to easily advertise the information that applies to your local ministry rather than advertising the district cost of the event which is $30 - (includes pizza & pop Friday night).

Talent and Rules

Date: March 30-31, 2012
Location:  Hutchinson, Kansas
Registration due dates: 11:59 PM on March 21, 2012
Cost: $30 - for all participants (those entering events or competing)

FRIDAY MARCH 30th SCHEDULE:

Top 16 Quiz-off: Noon to 4:00 pm
Registration / Check-In: 2:30 – 5:00 pm, Hutch First Church, 4290 N. Monroe
Art: All Art entries are due by 3:30 pm
Talent: Approximately 2:30 – 5:00 pm
Coaches Mtg: 5:30 – 5:45 pm (Room 101 next to front offices)
Dinner: 5:00 pm – 5:45 pm (We will have pizza and pop in the gym for everyone)
Opening Celebration: The event will kick-off at 6:00 pm with a worship celebration in the Hutch First Nazarene sanctuary. The band Samestate will be with us this year to lead worship and former coach and Kansas director of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Bones Nay, will share the Word of God with us. Also, Megan Love from MNU will be here. The Top 10 quizzers will quiz off and the highest scoring MAX qualifiers in a few of the areas will share during the service.

Attendance for the celebration is not optional. We want everyone to be present.

SATURDAY MARCH 31st SCHEDULE:

Althetic events continue on Saturday. The official schedule and bracket information will be available after all entries are received. Please check back the week prior to eXtreme for bracket information.

CLOSING CEREMONY: Immediately after the men’s HS basketball championship on Saturday afternoon, Kansas Extreme individuals & teams will be recognized for their achievements.
