We will also send an e-mail to all youth pastors/youth leaders on our current e-mail distribution list with details on the registration process in order to ensure that everyone understands how to register students for Xtreme. If you are a Youth Pastor/Leader and you do not receive emails from the district or are concerned that you are not on the distribution list, please contact Zack Harris.

Team Athletic Form - Download this form to help organize your local church athletic teams. The ONLINE registration form has fields for
selecting athletic events, coaches, etc. Please
make certain you have all he information on this
form when registering. While you will not be
sending this paper form in with your registration,
you will need this information when registering.
Having this form available will assist you in
completing the individual registration form ONLINE.
2012 Extreme Poster/Powerpoint Slide
 Extreme Poster (to save, right click on text and select save target as). The poster size is 8.5 x 11. These posters look great on photo paper then you can use a Sharpie to write in the local cost and deadline information. Then hang them around your church to advertise the event to your teens.
This is a jpg image that can be imported into powerpoint or any other program you use to project images onto your projector screen. If using in powerpoint, add your cost, contact information, and registration deadline to the appropriate section of the slide. This allows you to easily advertise the information that applies to your local ministry rather than advertising the district cost of the event which is $30 - (includes pizza & pop Friday night).

Talent and Rules
Date: March 30-31, 2012
Location: Hutchinson, Kansas
Registration due dates: 11:59 PM on March 21, 2012
Cost: $30 - for all participants (those entering events or competing)
PURPOSE: Extreme brings Kansas NYI students together for an opportunity to share through competition their God-given musical, athletic, artistic and Bible quizzing talents. It’s also a way for district students to connect with each other through the event and be challenged to grow in their faith as they hear the Word proclaimed in the Friday evening worship service.
STUDENT REGISTRATION: $25 for all participating students. Registration fees & forms need to be postmarked by March 1. From March 1 to March 15 the registration fee is $30. Forms should be completely filled out at the time of mailing in order to be accepted. Registrations may not be accepted after the March 15 deadline. Please, send 1 church check for your entire groups’ registration -- NO personal checks.
Kansas Extreme participants (not spectators) should be attending a local Church of the Nazarene for at least 60 days prior to the event. Kansas Extreme participation is required in order for students to be eligible for selection for certain MidAmerica Extreme competitions. (A limited number of exemptions, due to extenuating circumstances, may be approved by the KNYI Executive Council prior to Kansas Extreme.)
SPONSORS: Churches should provide 1 sponsor for every 6–8 students. There is no registration fee for sponsors, but sponsors should complete a registration form.
